President, Recycling Solutions Division
With a focus on innovation, sustainability and strategy, Dean has continued the entrepreneurial drive set by his father, the founder of MRC. In leading Recycling Solutions, he constantly searches for bold and revolutionary opportunities in the recycling market. Dean has complimented his ambition for new material sourcing by dedicating his career, at MRC, to the development of advanced material processing. His focus is on delivering sustainable answers to customers using cutting edge recycling technology. Dean has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA both from Carnegie Mellon University.
Engineering and Development Director
Paul has a Mechanical engineering degree from GMI Engineering & Management Institute in Flint, Michigan. After working in the automotive industry in Detroit as plant and corporate engineer for 7 years, Paul spent 8 years managing his own manufacturing business in Greater Minnesota making recycling equipment and foundry ladles. He joined the MRC team late 2011 to continue development of recycling technology and continues his at home passion of tinkering with pre-war jalopies.
Business Development Analyst
Since joining MRC, Marcquel has developed and evaluated opportunities to acquire new and existing resin supplies from traditional and non-traditional sources of recycled material streams by leveraging MRC's extensive processing technology capabilities. He has earned a B.S. in Economics at Kalamazoo College and a M.S. in Environmental Management and Sustainability from Illinois Institute of Technology. In between degrees, Marcquel worked as a college sustainability coordinator and interned at a sustainability non-profit in Chicago. Marcquel's professional and personal activities are driven by his passion for environmental sustainability and his family and friends.
Business Development and Marketing Manager
After completing a bachelors in Business at University of Illinois Urbana- Champaign, Jennifer developed marketing strategies for various non-profit organizations. After prior experiences of serving the community through youth empowerment, science education, and food sustainability, MRC fit into her goals of making the world a better place. Jennifer is excited by new technology and hopes to see a shift in the way we consume our natural resources.
IT Manager and Washline Supervisor
Brian graduated from DePaul University with a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. After cultivating a strong background in web development, his thirst for innovation and challenging experiences brought him to research and development at MRC. Currently, Brian manages PET production as well as IT at MRC. His lifelong love of technology and engineering fuel his enthusiasm for system improvement and recycling innovation.
Process Improvement Manager
Julie has a BS in Industrial Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. She interned for three consecutive summers with Pfizer, Inc. in New York City, New Jersey and Ireland. As a graduate, Julie started her professional career at Procter and Gamble, where she took on multiple roles throughout the manufacturing supply chain. She is focused on leveraging her strong manufacturing background in order to streamline the processes and systems at MRC. As a passionate problem solver, Julie looks forward to creating new solutions for recycling challenges while optimizing manufacturing agility and efficiency!
